The two main dishes were lamb Kashmir and chicken Dan Sag. The latter was the spicier. Both were a delicate balance of fresh ingredients, rich sauce and aromatic spices. The heat on the tongue enhanced rather than masked the exquisite taste. These were accompanied with flagrant Bashmanti rice and warm nan bread. The service was excellent.
This place has been 23 years in existence. But word of mouth is always the best, especially for mouth watering East Indian cuisine. We had succulent Kashmir lamb and tasty chicken dahn sak, accompanied with scrumptious flat brad and flaky rice pulau. Pleasant decor, genteel service, quiet atmosphere, ideal for conversation. Go for it - it is not all spicy - enjoy!
